LightPainting At the Asylum
The Asylum is well known for ghost tours, but it is also a great location for night photography! Only on rare occasions has the Asylum been open to photographers at night. We will be teaching a workshop to photograph the interior of the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum at night. This access is unprecedented.
Light painting is a technique where the photographer uses artificial light to create a unique exposure. For more information on light painting and its history, follow this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light_painting
