A tip before you buy tickets: you probably don’t need VIP during our first weekend, especially if you arrive before we open. We keep the line moving, and general admission is usually your best bet on those nights.

VIP is most useful on busy nights when the lines get longer. We want you to have a great time without spending extra money on a shorter wait you might not need!

• Online VIP tickets purchased after 3:00 PM ET will not be available for pickup until the following day.
• Valid ID matching the name of the purchaser is required to pick up tickets

  Early in the season, especially on opening weekend, crowds are lighter, and the haunted house runs at a slower pace. If you arrive right at 6:00 PM when tickets go on sale, you likely won’t need VIP to get in quickly. As October progresses, demand increases, and VIP tickets become the best option for skipping the wait.

  
  VIP Ticket Information

• Pick up your online VIP tickets at our Souvenir Booth directly across from the haunted house, then head straight to the VIP queue for near-immediate entry.
• VIP tickets allow you to skip both the ticket booth line and the line to enter the haunted house. They do not include Flashlight Tour tickets.
• All tickets are valid through 10/31 and are non-refundable.

• Flashlight Tour tickets and General Admission Haunted House tickets are available for purchase on-site at the Ticket Booth.

During our busier nights closer to Halloween, this ticket can save you hours of waiting in line. We strongly recommend arriving before 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays to get the most out of your visit.
