1. Reservation Confirmation: All tour reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The confirmation will be sent via email or provided at the time of booking.
2. Tour Schedule: Please ensure that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The tour will start promptly as scheduled, and late arrivals may result in being unable to join the tour. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
3. Participant Requirements: It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they meet any age, health, or physical requirements specified for the tour. Some tours may involve physical activity, walking, or stairs, and participants should be in suitable physical condition to fully enjoy the experience.
4. Safety Guidelines: Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the tour guide or staff. This includes following instructions, staying within designated areas, and refrain from any behavior that may endanger themselves, others, or the property.
5. Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes and provide suitable alternatives. In such cases, refunds will only be issued if we are unable to provide a suitable alternative.
7. Photography and Recording: Participants may be allowed to take photographs or record during the tour unless otherwise specified. However, it is important to respect the privacy and comfort of other participants and obtain permission when photographing or recording individuals.
8. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our participants, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur during the tour. Participants join the tour at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain personal insurance coverage if desired.
9. Conduct: We expect all participants to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other participants, staff, and the property. Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the tour, without a refund.
10. No Refunds: Please note that refunds are generally not provided, as outlined in our No Refunds Policy. Exceptions may be made in cases where we are unable to fulfill the tour or alternative arrangements cannot be made.
