• Online VIP tickets purchased after 3:00 PM ET will not be available for pickup until the following day.

• VIP tickets allow you to skip both the ticket booth line and the line to enter the haunted house. They do not include Flashlight Tour tickets.

• All tickets are valid through 11/01 and are non-refundable.

• Flashlight Tour tickets and General Admission Haunted House tickets are available for purchase on-site at the Ticket Booth.

Pick up your online VIP tickets at our Souvenir Booth directly across from the haunted house, then head straight to the VIP queue for near-immediate entry.

During our busier nights closer to Halloween, this ticket can save you hours of waiting in line. We strongly recommend arriving before 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays to get the most out of your visit.

Early in the season, especially on opening weekend, crowds are lighter and the haunted house runs slower. If you arrive right at 6:00 PM when tickets go on sale, you likely won’t need VIP to get in quickly. As October progresses, demand increases, and VIP tickets become the best option for skipping the wait.
