When is the earliest I can get tickets? 
Ticket booths open at 6:00 pm. Online VIP tickets are available HERE

When are the last tickets sold?
Last tickets will be sold at 11:30 pm on Friday and Saturday nights and 9:30 pm Thursdays and Sundays.

Will you stop selling tickets earlier than closing time?
We can sell out and have stopped selling tickets before 11:30 pm, all 4 times in our 15 years it has been 1 of the last 3 Saturdays. Please arrive early later in the month.

Are there discount coupons?
No.

Can I pre-purchase tickets?
Only VIP tickets are sold in advance and you can purchase them HERE.

How many people will be in my group?
We will try to maintain group size of 6 to 8 people but may be as large as 10. Please bring groups this size.

Will I be touched?
NO.  We will not intentionally touch anyone in the haunted house, but accidents do happen and it is very dark inside the haunted house.
DO NOT RUN IN THE DARK.

Can I touch the actors?
NO.  Any touching of an actor will be considered assault and handled by the police.

Is there an age limit?
13 and under should be accompanied by an adult.

How long does it take to go through the Haunt?
The haunted house should take to 25 minutes. It really depends how fast you run..

Will there be fog or strobe lights?
There are many strobes and dense fog areas.

Can I go if I’m pregnant?
We would strongly recomend that you do not.

Do you charge for parking?
Not yet.

Can we be denied access?
Yes.

Can I attend the haunted house while I’m drunk?
No.  No alcohol is permitted on the property.

Can we take photos/video or use a flashlight?
No. 
You can NOT photograph or video in the haunted house. 
Bright lights inside the haunted house will impair our actors abilities to scare you and may make a fun situation into a dangerous one.

Are there stairs?
Yes, 3 flights up and 4 flights down.  If you have mobility problems you will have a better experience coming on a slower night in the beginning of October.
